MAA Review

For a flat fee of only $395, you will receive the following:

1. MAA Home Loan Review: A trained MAA mortgage professional will review your entire home loan package, including all of your home loan documents and inform you of anything that does not conform to your understanding of the home loan terms;
2. MAA Loan Summary: A MAA mortgage professional will provide you with a comprehensive and easy to understand outline of the material terms, conditions, fees, and penalties contained within your home loan; AND
3. Access to an MAA Professional: You can speak with a MAA mortgage professional regarding any questions you may have about your Loan Summary and/or Loan Review by calling MAA at 1-877-404-6622.

MAA Legal Advice

For only $195 per hour, a licensed real estate attorney will provide the following:

1. MAA Legal Review and Summary Plus: A MAA-qualified real estate attorney, licensed in your state, will review and provide you with a legal summary of your home loan documents. In addition, your MAA attorney will be available to provide legal advice and answer any questions you may have regarding your home loan, the home loan review, and/or the loan summary.
2. Signing Support: A MAA-qualified real estate attorney, licensed in your state, will accompany you during the signing of your loan documents in order to ensure you are not pressured to sign without first reading and understanding all the material terms of your loan documents.
3. Other Legal Services: Need legal advice on more than just your loan documents? MAA attorneys can provide comprehensive legal review and advice regarding a multitude of real estate law issues. From purchase agreements to title commitments and surveys, MAA can provide you with a licensed real estate attorney capable of advising you on almost any real estate law issue you may have, in any state. Even if you have already suffered injury as a result of a “bad” home loan or mortgage professional misconduct, MAA attorneys can match you with an experienced attorney to evaluate your case and, represent you if necessary.
